Faith Hill, Tim McGraw Were Uneasy About Lovemaking Scenes In ‘1883’ – SheKnows

Faith Hill and Tim McGraw poured time working together on Yellowstone prequel series, 1883, as husband and wife on screen, but not every moment in the script is easy for them. Hill revealed that there’s one particular part of acting that she’d rather avoid: the love scenes.

Their sexy time in the hot tub was ‘difficult’ for the ‘This Kiss’ singer because she is ‘modest’ even with her husband of 25 years at her side, And. But, she added, “They made it easier than I thought it would be.” McGraw emphasized that his grueling five-month, six-day-a-week filming schedule was made easier by having his wife by his side. “Being able to work together and do the same and feed each other and talk about it and give each other feedback — and criticism also when there is a need,” he said.

That intimacy passed on to their characters, James and Margaret Dutton, who had a “deep bond and a deep trust,” according to McGraw. He explained that it paralleled his marriage to Hill. “I think we definitely have that in our lives, and I think that really translates and that makes it easier for us to find those moments together,” the country singer confirmed.

Even with their sizzling moments on screen, the couple made sure to leave work on set and not bring it home with them. “We made sure we didn’t work together when we weren’t able to work,” Hill added. “We don’t run the lines.” The duo prove to be one of the steadiest (and most amazing) couples in country music – and now they’re showing Hollywood how it’s done.
