- “It took almost a week for Shannon to get in touch with me,” Heather Dubrow told Insider.
- Dubrow said she responded with a text message and wrote “eight drafts” of the message because she was so angry.
- Dobrow revealed that the script “was exactly how I felt.”
Heather Dubrow’s sushi party is over, but if last night’s episode of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” is any indication, Shannon Bedor will pay the price for gossiping about Nicole James’s previous wrongdoing lawsuit against Dorbro’s husband, plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow, for a very long time.
Dobrow and Pedor finally came face-to-face on Wednesday night’s episode of Emily Simpson’s husband Shane Simpson party. Dobrow explained to Beador that their friendship was over.
“If you come after me or after my family again, you’re going to lose a lot more than just my friendship,” Dubrow said after Pedor begged for forgiveness. “This is going to cost a lot. And I don’t say this as a threat, I say it as a promise.”
Dobrow told Insider that it took Beador ‘more than a week’ to text her about destroying her sushi party, which wasn’t ‘good’.
Before the episode aired, Dobrow spoke to Insider and offered some thoughts on why she is so upset with Beador.
“What I remember is: Shannon took about a week to communicate with me, maybe over a week,” Dubrow said, adding that Bedor took a lot of time to communicate “not quite well” with her.
At the Simpson party, Pedro just told Dobrow why it took him so long to apologize. “I didn’t get in touch with you right away because you didn’t want to accept my apology, you said that to me that night,” she said. “My friendship with you means something to me and I care about you and my pet.” She added that she “didn’t think” before publishing the information.
When she received the text, Dobrow said she chose her words carefully before sending a response.
“I wrote eight drafts of it, to be honest with you, because the first time I wrote it, it wasn’t very nice, because I was so pissed off,” she revealed.
“Shannon – I’m surprised to hear from you just now, but I don’t care to judge your behavior over the past few weeks via text messages and I don’t have time in my schedule to listen to more of your speech,” Dobrow’s text read in part.
“It’s not so much about what you said, as there’s nothing to hide, but rather that you’re going to pass on information that could be distorting and could hurt my husband, his career, and thus our family,” she continued.
Dobrow told Insider that the script “was exactly how I felt” because she took the time to “get away from it and re-read it” while letting her anger cool off.
Beador denies any attempt to harm Dobrow
Bedor told Entertainment Tonight that the drama at the sushi party “wasn’t the intention at all” when sharing news about James’ lawsuit, which was later dropped.
“I still can’t believe it. I can’t fathom it,” she admitted, adding, “You can’t write” this kind of drama.
“I don’t want to hurt anyone,” she said, referring to Dobrow and her husband. “And if they don’t believe me, there’s nothing I can do about it.”
New episodes of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” air every Wednesday at 9 PM EST on Bravo.
