Devin Ratray, the actor best known for playing Buzz McCallister in Home Alone Franchise business, charged with felony domestic assault.
The 44-year-old actor turned himself in to Oklahoma City police on Wednesday after a warrant was issued for his arrest. According to TMZ, he was booked on one count of domestic assault and battery by strangulation and a felony, as well as a misdemeanor of domestic assault and battery. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond.
A woman identified as Rattray’s girlfriend filed a police report on December 10, after an argument the night before. According to the affidavit, Rattray was intoxicated when he got angry at the woman after she gave him his autograph photo without paying for it. The woman alleges that Rattray obtained my body as soon as they returned to their Oklahoma City hotel room.
The affidavit stated: “The victim had difficulty breathing while being suffocated while the defendant’s hand was above her mouth.” “This is how you die,” Rattray allegedly told the woman, and proceeded to punch her in the face.
According to police, the woman had several obvious bruises, including marks under her eyes, marks above the left side of her upper lip, and pain in her right arm.
A representative for Ratray told TMZ that the couple got into a “bad argument,” but he wasn’t physically with her. consequence I reached out to a Ratray representative for additional comment.
