Lala Kent says engagement ring from Randall Emmett was ‘fake’

Turns out Lala Kent’s engagement ring was less than perfect — just like her relationship with Randall Emmett.

The “Vanderpump Rules” star, who hasn’t been shy about shading her ex-fiancé since she dumped him in October, claimed Wednesday that her engagement ring was a “fake” and was originally a “brown” diamond.

Crying on her “Give Them Lala” podcast, Kent said she discovers new information “daily” about the film’s producer’s alleged secrets that amount to a “gut-punch”.

She revealed that one piece of information that she recently discovered was that the 6-carat round cut diamond ring she had been wearing since 2018 was not as high quality as she once thought.

The reality star once recalled hearing Emmett, who declined to be called by name, talking to her mother about “how some rappers take fancy diamonds and make them pretty,” sparking her curiosity.

After their dissolution, I took the ring to a “highly recommended” jeweler and found a GIA certificate, which described the stone as having been “treated by one or more processes to change its color.”

Kent said the new jeweler told her the diamond was “probably brown” before the treatment and that he would give her “teenage” instead of the $150,000 that original stylist Richie Rich once told Page Six Style she was worth.

Unafraid of confrontation, Kent Breach called to provide him with the new information and said “he was a little nervous,” adding that he offered to recast the stone into a necklace. After some prodding, Kent claimed that Rich had confessed, “[Randall] He knew exactly what he was buying. He knew what diamonds he was getting.”

“I like any kind of ring that is given that has sentimental value. I don’t care if it’s $100, I don’t care if it’s $100 million — I don’t,” Kent said on the podcast. He had to make sure the brown diamond was clear!”

Regardless of the diamond’s true origin, Kent has no plans to keep the jewelry in any form—”If I’m allowed to get rid of it, that’s what I want to do. I don’t want it in a necklace. I don’t want that thing in my house. It’s a bad atmosphere,” she said. She did indeed make quick work of wiping Emmett, 50, from her life.

Not only did Kent move into her own apartment with her 9-month-old daughter Ocean, she also turned her Rand tattoo into a “new” design.

While the sub-diamond news was so shocking but unsurprising that it made her “laugh hysterically,” Kent said the final message she left was that “not a single piece of my five years with this person has been honest and sincere.”

“The only truth that I feel was present in my relationship was me and my daughter, Ocean. This is where the truth ended.” “This is a pill that is difficult for a king to swallow.”
