All you want for Christmas is some time in Aspen!
On Sunday, Mariah Carey – the undisputed Queen of Christmas – shared a photo of her and boyfriend Brian Tanaka as they boarded a private jet before heading to Aspen, Colorado, where the couple are scheduled to spend the holiday.
“Aspen tied up ❤️🎄,” the 52-year-old captioned the photo. Carrie was spotted wearing some leggings, fuzzy boots, and a Fendi jacket while her boyfriend wore an all-over Gucci suit.

Time to celebrate Carey, who recently reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100.
“Congratz mama ranked #1 for the billionth year!” Her daughter Monroe, 10, wrote in a Christmas card celebrating Carrie’s achievement. “I love you EVAH’s #1 Mother! Best Mother Ever. Billboard Hot 100!”
Aspen appears to have been a favorite destination for “All I Want for Christmas” divas for the past several years.
In 2019, she spent the holiday alongside Tanaka, ex-husband Nick Cannon, and twins Moroccan and Monroe, 10, who she shares with Cannon. Carey shared photos of the blended family spending time in the snow and enjoying the holiday celebration.
At the time, she wrote: “Living Snow on Christmas Eve 😍☃️❄️🌨”.
Cannon also shared a few photos on his Instagram at the time and captioned one of the photos with the twins, “Great way to spend Christmas Eve!!”
And the year before, Carrie had taken her kids on a ski trip in the same snow town, too. Tanaka, 38, and Carrie have been dating since their split from James Packer in 2016. They met in the early 2000s when Tanaka was her backup dancer.
The star captioned a photo of herself – wearing the full Gucci look – alongside her son Moghrabi, “Shocking off the slopes with demagedon keeping it festive despite the constant cold 😩”. In another picture, her daughter Monroe showed off her modeling skills alongside her mother.
And in 2017, Carrie and Tanaka were seen wearing identical hats in the frigid Aspen weather.

This year’s holiday, Carey released “Fall in Love at Christmas” along with Khalid and Kirk Franklin. The path is set to be part of its Apple TV + Maria’s birthday: the magic continues.
“I love ‘falling in love at Christmas’ because I love that it’s a departure — it’s a love song, and then it’s a soul song,” she told People earlier this month. “I say, ‘We pray this Christmas,’ like, ‘Love is something we have to give up. Let’s give up on love. It’s really trying to say we’re in a really rotten place in the world. We all need grace over grace over grace.'”
Carrey has told People she’s been “so happy” with how the song — which she co-wrote — has received since its release on November 5, and explained that part of its appeal lies in the fact that the song’s lyrics reflect her real-life spirit of Christmas.
Also, as part of the holiday celebrations, Carey has teamed up with Snapchat for the #AllIWantForChristmas Challenge where fans can win up to 50,000 by participating in sweepstakes.
