Hannah Waddingham Reveals the start date of filming Ted Lasso Season 3. While on an interview Late Show with James CordenWaddingham said she will be returning to filming on February 14 – Valentine’s Day – which Waddingham thinks is “kind of nice”.

She also took a moment to vent her slight frustration with how things work behind the scenes. There was no hostility behind it, just an admission that her “mid-40s brain” doesn’t always run on the same wavelength as her colleagues. Because Waddingham has a different professional background compared to SNL alumni Jason Sudeikis, comedian Brett Goldstein, And Brendan HuntShe is not used to improvising and receiving script changes quickly.

“They write the viewport, and then… I’ll suddenly get completely different words before the camera is about to move on. And I think they like doing that because you get a quick reaction to something, but my mid-40s brain can’t handle it at all I’m one stage away from having stupid boards, because they’re tough! They’re just used to this kind of SNL world.”

Every now and then we hear about turbulent productions with incomplete scripts and last minute changes, and it’s perfectly understandable that Waddingham would prefer things to be a little more curated. With the tight production schedules found on most TV shows these days, it’s understandable why some people might want to “go live” instead of spending extra time writing and finishing the script. But as Corden told her, “Whatever they do, they do it brilliantly,” fans couldn’t agree with him more.
